However, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS), it becomes the responsibility of USPS to ensure timely and secure delivery. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur once the package is in USPS's possession.

Please refer to USPS for tracking updates, lost or delayed packages, or any issues related to delivery. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly for further assistance.
